Generic
Training
- Generic
Training covers standard ACS-Embrace programs and is conducted in a
'hands on' fashion unless specified otherwise.
- Often
users are not familiar with all programs available within a module
or with all features within a program.
- ALL
menu options are trained, exposing the users to all the available
functions within each ACS-Embrace module.
- Generic
Training is aimed at increasing the functionality of ACS-Embrace
within your organisation. Users who are already familiar with the
system will be taught to use all the functions available to their
best advantage.
- Generic
Training empowers users to take ownership of their duties, with a
full understanding of the implications of each transaction
processed.
- Generic
Training fosters an understanding of how each function impacts on
other users and areas of the organisation.
- A
General Ledger Overview course is included in the Generic Training
suite and provides insight into how the entire system 'hangs'
together. The objective of this course is to facilitate an
understanding of what impact transactions processed in other modules
have on the General Ledger.
This overview is not 'hands on' training, but each delegate has
access to a screen which mirrors the actions of the instructor.
