Training The ACS academy aims to achieve a level of self sufficiency within the client base in Embrace system administration, report writing and customisation. Generic application training and education is offered in all of the major modules. Courses are held in Rivonia and Sunninghill and are scheduled annually. Specific courses may be tailored to suit a clients particular requirements and may be held at a suitable external venue if requested. |

Training Training courses are created to meet the specific needs of the ACS partners and value added resellers on a continuous basis. ACS-Embrace implementation and support professionals are all proficient in report and program customisation, in Embrace and system administration and in customer service and support. |

Training All ACS programmers in Client Services and Research and Development are trained in the academy to ensure consistency and excellence in standard application programming, customised programming, report writing and customisation, Embrace and system administration and customer support. Re-training and refresher training is scheduled on demand. |
