Need help? The ACS help desk logs clients calls, provides answers and co-ordinates resource until a solution is found and the log signed off.

The ACS help desk logs and monitors client questions and problems, whether the query is application based or operating system and database related.

Skilled resource will receive the call and provide answers wherever possible. Where assistance is required, the log will be referred to appropriate personnel. All logs are monitored and automatically escalated at fixed intervals.
